VIVE 45

Join us for our signature 45-minute cycling experience, pedaling through high-intensity intervals, fun choreography, and team challenges— guided by expert instructors, in our invigorating group class. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or a beginner, this class offers an exciting way to boost your fitness and endurance.

VIVE 60

This is the same format as our VIVE 45 with an extra 15 minutes added to it. We love offering this ride for special events and holiday seasons. Check out the schedule and be sure to book this one when it pops up!

VIVE CLIMB

This 45-minute group fitness class is for all levels of fitness. Pace your way through high intensity intervals and up challenging hills, all with minimal choreography and lower speeds. This session offers a full-body fitness experience, leaving you feeling stronger, fitter, and ready to conquer any challenge that comes your way.

VIVE TRAIN

This 45-minute advanced cycling group class is designed to challenge your body in ways like never before. Get ready for energetic choreography, speed training, and challenging drills. We recommend taking at least 10 classes before jumping into this high intensity experience.
